Property Compliance – Higher Risk Blocks Project Management
One of our core services relates through to the detailed and structured management around compliance services within the social housing sector.
Working for multiple landlords we have supported them delivery large scale investment programmes across medium and high rise (now called Higher Risk Blocks).
Our previous work has included the management of large scale investment programmes including decent homes investment as well as improved energy efficiency works and external works such as cladding and new roofs.
Our recent work has included supporting social housing clients develop detailed applications to the Building Safety Regulator regarding necessary works linked to fire safety improvements and improvement to areas such as weather proofing and ventilation.
Acting as specialist client side project managers we coordinate with wider internal colleagues to ensure that necessary applications are also progressed alongside necessary s20 consultations and detailed actions and strategies around resident engagement and work planning.
Reporting regularly through to executive directors and CEO’s our work is summarised into concise reporting with clear gateway and approval processes so that each project is monitored and managed effectively.
Always with an eye on project cost, duration and disruption we work with clients and their end users to ensure projects progress to agreed timescales whilst ensuring operational internal teams can focus on delivery or other day to day priorities.
